- 1) Contact an EDP advisor at your local Community College of Vermont site. Click here for a list of advisors and their contact information.
- 2) Apply for admission online — choose "External Degree Students" from the application options.
- 3) Apply for federal financial aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov and for state grants for Vermont residents at www.vsac.org.
